Only extracting a page you haven't captured yet counts. Re-viewing an already-curated recipe, scaling servings, and using your shopping list are all unlimited on Free.
Is the pantry scan a running inventory?
No — it's a snapshot. Each scan replaces the last one and is held locally, not synced, so it's always a fresh read of what's actually in front of the camera.
